How do I find out how much my flowers will cost?

There is no waiting on a quote when you order with Coastal Wedding Flowers. Browse our packages, add on the items that you require, click add to cart and you will get a price instantly!   

Do I need to make payment in full when ordering?

No you don't. You have the option of paying a 20% deposit or 100% payment when ordering. Please note that a minimum payment of 20% booking fee is non-refundable when placing your order. So if you make payment of 100% and wish to cancel your order, we will retain 20% to cover our booking fee.  

What if I don't require all of the items in the package?

No problem! While we don't deduct a dollar value from the packages, we are happy to use the value to put towards a different product that you do require. You can discuss this with us when we confirm you order  

Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?

Yes. We will accept changes to your order up to 30 days prior to your event date. Changes after that time period cannot be accepted  

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Yes. You may cancel your order 30 days prior to the event. We will retain the 20% booking fee and refund any other monies paid.  

When do I need to make final payment?

Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.  

Do you have a minimum order?

No we don't. We cater for weddings of all sizes from a single bouquet to full scale set up.

Do you offer onsite set up and installations?

Yes we do. You can hire one of our amazing team members to take care of all the setting up of your florals. Let us know when we contact you and we will be able to include this cost in your quote. If you are budget conscious you can also choose to be a little more hands on and set up the florals yourself. We will give you detailed instructions on how to do this.

We know how busy life can be with work, family and then planning a wedding on top of that! For this reason, phone, virtual chat and email are how we primarily communicate with our clients
