After completing our contact form you will be sent a pre-consultation form. This will provide us with the information required for us to quote you accurately.
The next step is to book in a consultation. This allows us to really understand what you are looking for and gain a realistic expectation of the overall style and design you are wanting to achieve. All of our consultations are via phone or virtual meeting.
Once we have a good understanding of your requirements, we will draw up an itemised estimate, which we will provide to you via email.
If you decide that you are happy to book us for your event, we require a booking fee and a signed copy of our contract to secure your date. When your booking fee and signed contract has been received, you will be sent a receipt and confirmation of booking. We will draw up a detailed proposal, including mood boards and a full description of items on order and send this to you via email.
From this point, we will remain in contact with you, and you are free to email us with any questions or concerns. Should you require an additional consultation you may proceed to the booking page to schedule.
When you book with me, you are not only receiving a high standard of floral design, but also a high level of service + commitment. I will put the time into your day as you will be my only booking for this day.
