What to expect when you book with me

I like to connect with all of our couples prior to providing an estimate. The first step is to book in a phone consultation.  This allows me to really understand what you are looking for and gain a realistic expectation of the overall style and design you are wanting to achieve. 

Once I have a good understanding of your requirements, I will draw up an estimate, which I will provide to you via email.  If you decide that my team and I are not for you, then I will wish you all the best, and are happy to pass forward recommendations on an alternative vendor. If you are looking for the "cheapest" florist in town (price shopping) then I may not be the florist for you. 

When you book with me, you are not only receiving a high standard of floral design, but also a high level of service + commitment. I will put the time into your day as you will be my only booking for this day. 

To secure your wedding date we require a booking fee and a signed copy of our contract.

Once your booking has been processed we will send you a receipt and confirmation of order.

From this point, we will remain in contact with you, and you are free to email us with any changes, questions or concerns.

Changes to your order

We know it's hard to make up your mind for such a big day, especially when booking far in advance. As a result, we allow changes to be made to your order up to 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.   

Payment options

We accept direct bank transfer,  VISA, Mastercard.  We do charge a 2% surcharge for payments on credit card, via Square Up Virtual Terminal, however, bank transfers are free!
